ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION

In many business activities is necessary to perform a high volume of repetitive tasks, for instance: to check and register invoices, to add new clients to CRM, compliance reporting, etc...

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a method that allows performing any tedious and repetitive activity with just one click. Moreover, a bot executing a repetitive task is also much less likely to commit errors, so implementing RPA will increase both productivity and customer satisfaction. The potential of this technology is tremendous; an Oxford University study estimated that by 2035 more than 35% of the workforce will be substituted by bots. 

However, not all processes are suitable for automation. When we launch a new RPA project, the first step is always to identify all jobs in the organization's workflow that are rules-based, repetitive, manual, and monotonous. Once identified the processes to automate with RPA, we rank them by volume of activity so we can assess first the highest volume jobs.

It is also important in this phase to define a clear target, so we know when the project is completed. in particular, we meet with the employees that are daily performing repetitive tasks and we gather all the information we need. We define the exact process workflow for each job that we plan to automate and we submit it to our client for approval.

When designing the appropriate solution we always privilege simplicity and usability. In this phase, we need your support to get access to all databases needed to deploy the project. We will program the bot according to the process workflow that we have defined together. 

Once we have your approval of the last draft, we deploy and run the RPA program and we check that all operations are performed correctly. We design the bot so that it runs in the background without any need for human interaction. At the same time, however, we make sure that all the operations performed by the bot are registered and readable easily if there is a need to double-check.
